Relax at the "Lagoon", a secluded, adults only, waterfront
cottage that gives you a taste of the "old" Florida Keys. Totally
remodeled in 2008, the design is simple but elegant. Your island
getaway, the "Lagoon" offers privacy and luxury on the water.

The "Lagoon" has two bedrooms, both with king size beds. One bedroom
features a wall of windows with a spectacular view of the sunrise over the water.
The other bedroom has a 45” wall-mounted LCD TV, and is so cool and
cozy that it will surely be your favorite place to take a little nap. The
lone bathroom is modern and well appointed. |
In the living area, relax on two
plush leather loveseats while you catch up on your reading
or while watching the other 45" LCD TV.

and is surrounded by large windows offering a panoramic
view. Breakfast, lunch or dinner, it's a million

provides the perfect place to enjoy happy hour and the
great twilight view over the water. |

bistro table, has floor-to-ceiling glass that opens up
to a large landscaped green space, with a private BBQ
